Appointment Policies

At North Dallas IVF, it is our desire to provide you and all patients with timely, quality care. In order to do so, please arrive on time. It is important that you make every scheduled appointment.

New Patients

Please be sure that you have completed the online New Patient Forms. Visit our Getting Started page for more information.

Follow-Up Visits

For follow-up visits, we ask that you arrive on time and make every necessary appointment.

Cancellations

If you have a scheduled appointment time and need to reschedule or cancel, please notify our office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Emergencies

All emergencies are seen within a timely fashion, based upon the urgency of your problem. In a true emergency, it is best to dial 911 or go to the emergency room at your nearest hospital. The emergency room staff will contact us or the physician on call.
